These terms are an agreement between you and Sahil Sihmar, an individual trading as ThriveForge Labs, of 1330, Second Floor, Investors Forum, Satpaul Mittal Marg, Sector 46, Gurugram, Haryana 122003, India (“ThriveForge”, “we”). By creating an account or using the app you accept them. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data.
1. Who can use ThriveForge
You must be 18 or older to use ThriveForge. By creating an account you confirm the date of birth you give us is true. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
2. Health disclaimer: please read
- ThriveForge, including Amara, is not a doctor, dietitian, nutritionist or therapist, and the app is not a medical device. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
- Calorie, macro, activity and energy numbers are estimates. A meal scan or a food you describe can be wrong.
- Amara’s replies are generated by AI. They can be wrong, incomplete or unsuitable for you.
- Talk to a qualified professional before changing your diet or exercise, especially if you are pregnant, have or had an eating disorder, have diabetes, a heart condition or any other medical condition, or take medication.
- Stop exercising and get medical help if you feel pain, dizziness, shortness of breath or unwell.
- In an emergency, call your local emergency number. Amara cannot contact anyone for you.
3. AI features
AI features (Amara, voice logging, the meal scanner, AI workouts and meal plans) work only after you agree in the app to your data being processed by the AI companies named there and in the Privacy Policy. You can withdraw that at any time in Menu → Privacy; those features then stop. Don’t use Amara to create unlawful, harmful or sexual content, or content about anyone else without their permission.
4. ThriveForge Pro and billing
- ThriveForge Pro is a subscription sold through the Apple App Store or Google Play, as a monthly or yearly plan. The price is shown in the app before you buy, in your local currency, as set in the store; it is not fixed in these terms.
- Free trial. Some plans may start with a free trial. If yours does, the app shows its length before you subscribe, as the store reports it, and only if you can still get it. If you don’t cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, the subscription starts and you are charged the plan’s price. Some plans may instead offer a lower introductory price for a first period; the app shows it, and how long it lasts, before you buy.
- Auto-renewal. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period (month or year) at the then-current price, and your store account is charged within 24 hours before the period ends, unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancel any time in your App Store or Google Play account settings (the app shows where). Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. This does not affect any rights you have under the consumer law where you live.
- Restore purchases is in the paywall.
5. Your content
What you log, write, photograph and record stays yours. You give us the permission we need to store it, show it back to you, and process it as the Privacy Policy describes to run the app. We do not use it for advertising.
6. Acceptable use
Don’t misuse the app: no attempts to break or overload it, to access other people’s data, to reverse-engineer it beyond what the law allows, or to use it for anything unlawful.
7. Changes and ending
We may change the app or these terms. If we change these terms, we will post the new version on this page with a new effective date. You can stop using ThriveForge and delete your account at any time (Profile → Delete account, or see Delete your account). We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
8. Liability
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for decisions you make based on the app’s estimates or Amara’s replies. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
9. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Gurugram, Haryana have jurisdiction, without taking away the protections of the law where you live.
10. If you got ThriveForge from the Apple App Store
- You use the app under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”) as well as these terms. The Standard EULA governs your licence to use the app; these terms cover everything else.
- These terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content, and has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for it; contact us instead.
- If the app fails to meet any warranty that applies, you may tell Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price, if any; to the extent the law allows, Apple has no other warranty obligation. Apple is not responsible for handling any claims about the app, including product liability, legal or regulatory compliance, consumer protection, or intellectual property claims.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them against you.
