Delete your ThriveForge account

Delete it in the app (fastest)

  1. Open ThriveForge.
  2. Open the menu (top left of Home) and tap your name to open Profile.
  3. Tap Delete account, then confirm.

If you can’t open the app, email contact@thriveforgefitness.com from the email address you signed up with, with the subject “Delete my account”. We will confirm and finish within 30 days.

What is deleted

  • Your account and sign-in details (email address).
  • Your profile: name, birthday, sex, height, goals, food preferences, allergies and health conditions.
  • Everything you logged: food, water, sleep, mood, weight, workouts and meditation, and activity synced from Health Connect.
  • Your conversations with Amara, including the copy our server keeps to answer you, and the photos and voice notes you sent her.
  • Your profile photo.
  • Your AI consent record and your notification settings.

What may be kept, and for how long

  • Your subscription. Deleting your account does not cancel it; the app reminds you before you confirm. Cancel it in the App Store (Settings → your name → Subscriptions) or Google Play (Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions). The store keeps its own purchase records under its own terms, and our subscription provider (RevenueCat) keeps the purchase record, linked to your ThriveForge user ID. If you ask us by email, we will delete that record too.
  • AI companies: data already sent to OpenAI or Google may be kept by them for up to 30 days (OpenAI) or 55 days (Google) to check for abuse, then deleted.
  • Server logs at our hosting provider, for up to 30 days. They do not contain what you wrote, said or photographed.
  • Database backups, for up to 7 days, until they are overwritten.
  • An anonymous exit survey, if you filled it in (it has no link to you).
  • Anything the law requires us to keep, for as long as it requires.

Delete only some data

You don’t have to delete your account to remove data:

  • Conversations: in the Amara tab, delete one day or all conversations. Their photos and voice notes go with them.
  • Profile photo: Profile → tap your photo → Remove photo.
  • AI processing: Menu → Privacy → turn it off.
  • Health Connect: remove ThriveForge’s access in Health Connect’s settings.
