This policy covers “consumer health data” as defined by US state laws such as Washington’s My Health My Data Act. It sits alongside our main Privacy Policy, which covers everything else and has our full details. ThriveForge is published by ThriveForge Labs.

What we collect and why

  • Food, water, weight, sleep, mood, stress and energy, workouts and meditation you log, so the app can show your days and set your targets.
  • Your profile: birthday, sex, height, weight, goals, food preferences, allergies and health conditions you tell us about, to set your targets, plan meals and workouts, and avoid suggesting a calorie deficit where a condition makes that unwise.
  • Health Connect data, if you turn it on: steps, active calories burned, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, distance and exercise sessions, to show your activity, sleep and heart readings and let Amara take it into account.
  • Your conversations with Amara, and the photos and voice notes you send her, so she can answer you and you can read them back.
  • Meal photos you scan and voice recordings you use to log food, to read what you ate. We do not keep these after they are read.

Where it comes from

From you, directly in the app, and from Health Connect on your phone if you turn it on.

Who receives it

We share consumer health data only to run the app, with these service providers:

  • Supabase: stores it (database and files).
  • Render: runs our server, which passes it between the app and the services below.
  • OpenAI and Google (Gemini API): read it to power Amara and the AI features, only after you agree in the app. See section 3 of our Privacy Policy.

We do not sell consumer health data, and we do not use it for advertising.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

  • confirm whether we collect, share or hold your consumer health data, and see a list of the companies we shared it with;
  • give you a copy of it;
  • delete it (you can also do this yourself: see Delete your account);
  • stop using it on the basis of your consent, by turning off AI processing in Menu → Privacy or by asking us.

Write to contact@thriveforgefitness.com from the email you signed up with. We will answer within 45 days. If we refuse your request, you can appeal by replying to our answer, and we will respond to the appeal within 45 days. If you are not satisfied, you can contact your state attorney general (in Washington, the Washington State Office of the Attorney General).

We collect consumer health data to provide the features you choose to use, and we share it with AI companies only after you agree to that in the app. You can withdraw that agreement at any time.
