Counting isn't coaching.
ThriveForge is an AI nutrition and fitness coach. Amara checks every meal you log, reads it against what you trained, and picks one change a week.
Coming to the App Store and Google Play. No ads, no email list.

Ask Amara
She answers with your own numbers.
Ask what to eat next and she works with what is left of your day. Ask how the last three months went and she shows you the graph she read it from, inside the conversation, not in a report you have to go and find.
- Your logs, never an average person's.
- A chart when a chart is the answer.
- Set your own target and she works to it.
- One next step, in a sentence.
How did today go?
- BreakfastWent well
- LunchMixed
- DinnerWent well
1,860 kcal · 124 g protein so far today.
Two good meals and one mixed. Lunch was fried, but you put greens next to it and it still carried 30 g of protein.
What should dinner be?
You have 640 kcal and 46 g of protein left. Three you already cook:
- Dal with two rotis520 kcal · 22 gwhat you made on Tuesday
- Grilled chicken and salad480 kcal · 38 gcloses the protein gap on its own
- Eggs and toast390 kcal · 24 gif you want it done in ten minutes
Plan my week
Move one protein food to lunch.
- MonEggs or Greek yogurt before 10
- WedTraining day: protein at lunch too
- FriTraining day: protein at lunch too
A plan is a suggestion, not a log. I will read it back on Sunday.
How was my week?
One bar per month: the middle of that month's lunches. Typical 30 g · your daily protein plan is 170 g.
Five days logged, four of them whole. You trained twice and ate well after both. Lunch is still the meal that slips.
A tracker gives you numbers. Amara reads them.
Three days, the same four numbers. Watch what a counter can say about them, and what a coach can.

All of it is true. None of it tells you what to do tomorrow.
Calories landed and protein hit the number. 78 g of it arrived at dinner and lunch was 19 g.

Today's plate
Every meal gets a read, not just a total.
Log a meal by photo, by voice or by barcode. Amara checks it and tells you what went well, what to watch, and one swap that keeps the part that worked.
Grilled chicken 280 kcalSweet potato 180 kcalMixed greens 45 kcalWater 0 kcal- Went well38 g of protein, and half the plate is vegetables.
- WatchA little light on fibre for the size of it, 4 g.
- Swap next timeKeep it as it is. Beans in place of half the sweet potato would add the fibre.
That is a good plate. The only thing missing is fibre, and beans fix it without touching the protein.
Popcorn chicken 420 kcalSide salad 60 kcalWater 0 kcal- Went well30 g of protein, and you put greens next to it.
- WatchIt is fried, and the frying is 420 of the 480 kcal.
- Swap next timeKeep the chicken. Grilled or air-fried keeps the 30 g without the fry.
The chicken is doing its job here. It is the frying that costs you, not the meal.
Cheeseburger 540 kcalFries 380 kcalCola 130 kcal- Went wellYou logged it. That is the part most people skip on a day like this.
- WatchFried, and a sugary drink with it: 1,050 kcal for 24 g of protein.
- Swap next timeSparkling water instead of the cola, and a grilled patty keeps the burger.
One of these in a week is nothing. It is the second one in the same week that moves your month.
Your body
Food and training, read together.
What you trained, what has had its rest, and whether protein kept up on the days you actually lifted. One next step, not another dashboard.
Protein held on 1 of your 3 training days.
One next step: on Friday you lifted and ate 112 g. Add one protein food to lunch on the days you train.

What I've noticed
She reads your weeks, then picks one change.
Patterns live across weeks, not in a single day. Amara names the one that is costing you the most, says what it costs, and gives you a single change. Ask her to plan it and it becomes a week you can follow.
Dinner has around 54 % of your day's protein.
Dinner has most of your protein on 14 of your last 20 whole days. Across all 20, it has around 54 % of the day's protein — half had more, half had less.
A day that back-loads protein leaves the morning short. Under 40 % at the peak meal reads even.
Try this week
Move one protein food to lunch this week.
Next week I will measure the same thing: your last 20 whole days, the share of protein at dinner.
One change, laid across the week, keeping the meals you already like.
- MonGreek yogurt with breakfast
- TueEggs before 10
- WedTraining day: protein at lunch too
- ThuGreek yogurt with breakfast
- FriTraining day: protein at lunch too
A plan is a suggestion, not a log. Nothing is recorded until you log it.

Train and breathe, too.
Guided workouts with video, and breathing sessions for the evenings. Amara reads them alongside your food, which is how she knows whether protein kept up with the week you actually had.
Four promises.
The things a coaching app can get wrong, and what we do instead.
No guilt for a bad day
Amara works with the days you did log. A missed day is a missing row, not a lecture, and nothing on screen counts a streak against you.
One change, not twelve tips
She picks the single pattern that is costing you the most and asks for one change a week. That is the whole ask.
She never plays doctor

Questions, answered.

How much does ThriveForge cost?
US pricing is $14.99 a month or $59.99 a year, billed through the App Store or Google Play. There is no free tier: the app is a paid coach, not an ad-supported tracker.
Is there a free trial?
Yes, 3 days. It is live on Google Play; on iPhone the trial is not set up yet, so the App Store shows you the price before you pay. Either way, cancel from your store subscription settings before it renews.
How is this different from a calorie counter?
A counter adds up your day and stops. Amara reads your meals and your training together, across weeks, names the pattern that matters most, and gives you one change to try. She also answers questions about your own numbers.
Does it work with Apple Watch or Apple Health?
Not yet. Apple Health is not connected, so nothing from an Apple Watch reaches the app today. On Android, ThriveForge can read Health Connect if you turn it on: steps, active calories, heart rate, resting heart rate, heart rate variability, sleep, distance and exercise sessions. It never writes to Health Connect.
Do I need a watch or a wearable?
No. Everything core works from what you log: meals, workouts, breathing, weight and sleep. A wearable on Android adds activity and sleep readings for Amara to take into account.
How accurate is photo logging, and what needs Pro?
Amara names each food she can see and estimates the portion. Mixed dishes and sauces are the hard cases and she can get those wrong, so every line is editable before you save. Nutrition comes from public food databases including USDA FoodData Central. Photo logging, the barcode scanner and the full read of a meal are part of Pro, which is what the subscription is.
What happens to my meal photos?
With your permission, a photo you send is processed by an AI service (OpenAI) so it can be read, and your meal photos stay private to your account. We never sell your photos or your data. The privacy policy lists everything that is shared and why.
Is Amara a doctor or a dietitian?
No. Amara is an AI coach for everyday habits. ThriveForge is not a medical device, it does not diagnose, and for a health condition, a medication or pregnancy you should talk to a clinician.
How do I cancel or delete my account?
Cancel the subscription in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. To delete the account and the data with it, use Settings in the app or the delete account page on this site. No emails, no phone calls.
What does "one change a week" mean?
Amara picks the single pattern that is costing you the most and suggests one small change for the week, instead of a list of twelve tips you will not follow. Ask her to plan it and she lays the change out across the week.
Start this week.
Three days of logging is enough for her first read. Everything below is what you get from the first one.
- Every meal gets readwhat went well, what to watch, and one swap that keeps the win
- One change a weekthe single pattern costing you the most, not twelve tips
- Ask her anything about your own dataanswered from your logs, with the chart she read it from
Log a week the easy way. My first read comes after that, and it will be about you, not about an average person.
